A funeral service for baby Jon Clinton Cathey will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 6, 2024 at the Taylor Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Slayden Baptist Church Cemetery. The visitation will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2024 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Jon was born April 22, 2024 at 8:47 PM. He is survived by his parents, Sierra Stokes and Xavier Cathey; grandparents, papaw John Stokes, mamaw, Lottie Stokes, and GiGi Susan Cathey; aunts, Casey Stokes (Joe), Hannah Cathey, JayAnna Stokes (Kristoff), Georgia Stokes (Dwight), and Ashley Groves; uncles, Jason Stokes (Stephanie), Angel Adan, Garrett Stokes, Hunter Stokes (Mackenzie), Dalton Stokes, Ryan Cathey, Kasey Cathey (Jessica).
He was preceded in death by grandmother, Gidget Lee Vaughn; grandfather, Samuel Luna; and uncle, Jacob Ray Neblett.
