   Funeral services will be conducted Monday afternoon, March 28, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Tommy Marvin will give her eulogy. Place of rest will be in the Freudenthal Cemetery in Sylvia. Visitation with her family will be Sunday, March 27th from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Monday beginning at 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
   Mrs. Blaylock, age 96, died March 24, 2016 at Dickson Healthcare Center.
   She was born in Dickson County, daughter of the late Elby Dewey and Dealie Ann Miller Holley. She was the widow of the late William E. Blaylock who died in 1990. "Miss Rubye" was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, sister and a loyal friend to many. She was a fun loving, happy lady that loved life and counted all of her blessings.  She loved her family, she loved to go places with her family, especially to the mountains.  She wasn't above climbing on a motorcycle and taking a spin with one of her grandchildren.. or whoever would take her for a ride......and she loved every minute of it.  She loved music....and the way it made her feel.  She loved to laugh and loved to be around people.  She had within her a most loving spirit and loved sharing her love to those amongst  her.
   "Miss Rubye" was a retired machine operator with the former Red Cap Industries of Dickson.  She had various jobs and loved working with the public. She was a member of the Poplar Grove Church of Christ.
    She was preceded in death by her son, Charles Blaylock, her daughters, Sue Roberts and Pamela Blaylock, her grandchildren, Dana Bowen, Brian Dean Weaver and Roger Billingsley, 5 brothers and 1 sister.
   Survivors include her children; Jeannette Bonkowski (John) of Dickson,TN., Dianne Baker (Jerry) of McEwen, TN, Kathy Hood (Mike) of Dickson,TN, and Debbie Wise, 20 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren, her sister, Ewell Baggett of Sylvia,TN, several nieces and nephews.
   Her Grandchildren will serve as her casket bearers.
