    Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 12 noon from the New Hope Baptist Church with Pastor Roderick Davison delivering her eulogy. Place of rest will be in the East Dickson Cemetery.  Public viewing will begin on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.  Visitation with the family will be on Thursday at the church beginning at 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
    Nye' age 20, of Dickson, TN died suddenly February 25, 2017 in Knoxville,TN.
    She was born in Dickson, TN she is the daughter of Roy Johnson, Jr. and Keena Lewis Johnson. She was a graduate of Dickson County High School, class of 2014. She was a member of the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church family.
    Nye' known by family and friends as " Miss Hollywood" was not just the life of the party, she was the party.  She was a loving and caring daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, aunt and friend who adored her friends and family.  She was a young, free spirited full of life young lady who shared her smiles and love to all.  Nye' could be considered to be a social butterfly who tried to save everyone with her compassionate and big heart.   She tried and wanted very much to be independent who would stand up and fight for those she believed in.   She loved dancing and singing and was good at it.  She will be forever missed by her family and friends and will remain in their hearts forever.
   She is survived by her parents, Keena Lewis Johnson and Roy Johnson, Jr. of Dickson, TN; her four sisters, Karla Johnson of Knoxville, TN, Nevaeh Johnson of Dickson, TN, Kayla Dixon of Nashville, TN, Zyriah Orridge of Dickson,TN; her brother, Roy Johnson, III of Dickson, TN; her granddparents, Stephanie and Robert Lewis of Dickson,TN, Linda Johnson (Ernest Burns) of Nashville,TN;  Aunts, Keisha (Juan) Ransom, Kenisha Lewis, Candy Johnson, Tea Johnson, Aretha Johnson and Quiana Easley; Uncles, Robert Lewis III, Dedric  Turner, Antwain Johnson and Antone Johnson. Numerous great aunts, great uncles, cousins, family and friends.
   Casketbearers will be her cousins and flower girls  will be her cousins.
