   Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, October 3rd, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. from the Taylor Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Tucker officiating. Place of rest will be in the Gillin Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Taylor Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 2nd, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday beginning at 11:00 a.m. until time of service.

  Those desiring, memorials are suggested to the Chapel Hill Church of Christ.

  Kenneth Harry Holland, known to friends and family as Ken, passed away due to complication from Multiple Sclerosis on Sunday, September 30, 2018. He was born February 23, 1945 in San Bernardino California to Malcolm Ray Holland and Monica Marie Willett Holland. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Ken enjoyed traveling with his wife Linda. He took her many places including a road trip out west. They made many trips to Gatlinburg, Tn. He also enjoyed playing golf, fishing and watching TV. He was a member of the Chapel Hill Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his father, Malcolm Ray and his mother, Monica Marie Willett Holland, his first wife Ellen Elizabeth Holland and daughter Kathy Holland.

  Ken worked for 18 years at the former Schrader’s and 18 years at Stewart Lumber Company in Dickson, TN.  He was a door maker for Stewart Lumber Company.

  Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Linda Dawson Holland, his son, Dennis Holland (Stephanie) three grandchildren, Cooper Holland, Ashley Holland, and Montana Holland, and extended family; Donna Dyar (Bryan), Ben (Ashley) and Ila Buttrey, June (Douglas) Jamian, Dallas Brown, Annitta (Jamey) Baggett, Wyatt and Jake Baggett, Charlotte Wall, Hayden Wall, and Shaina Wall. He was also a devoted Paw Ken to Johnna May Primm.
