   Funeral services will be conducted Friday, January 11, 2019, at noon from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Bro. Joel Plunkett and Bro. Alvin Walker will officiate. Place of rest will be in the Taylortown Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, January 10, 2019, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Friday beginning at 10:00 a.m. until time of service.

  The family requests no flowers. Memorials are suggested to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Acorn Hill Church of Christ.

  Mr. Hall, age 79, of White Bluff, TN died January 6, 2019, at his home on the property that he was born.  Mr. Hall was a native of Trace Creek Road in White Bluff, TN and one of 9 children born to the late Garrett (Buster)  Hall Jr. and Lois Frances West Hall. He was a superintendent with Charter Construction. He worked with Charter for some 40 years. He was a high school graduate and attended various trade schools. He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters; Gary Hall, Gayle Jackson, Doris Chandler, Phyllis Hall and David G. Hall.

  Mr. Hall was man of deep Christian faith who loved reading his Bible and studying God's word. He was a faithful member of the Acorn Hill Church of Christ where he was a former song leader and Bible teacher.  

  He loved God’s earth and all of its beauty. Mr. Hall had a great love for all types of hunting and fishing.

  He held a great sense of humor and loved joking people and loved them joking him. 

  Survivors include his of 58 years, Janice Underhill Hall of White Bluff, TN; his children, Rhoda J. MacMillan and husband, Martin of Kingston Springs, TN, Mark Hall and his wife, Shelley of Burns, TN  and Greta M. Hall Glover and her husband, James of Dickson, TN; his five grandchildren, Joseph Matthew Hall Freels, Amanda M. Chandler Cleckler and husband Jeremy, S. Blake Chandler and his fiancé Morgan Kincaid, Ryan A. Freels and wife, Katie and Joseph Garrett Hall,  his five great-grandchildren: Autumn, Alexis, Austin, Aden Freels, and Brody Ray Chandler, his great-great-grandchild, Corey Elijah Stones; his brother, Cecil Hall of Lebanon, TN and his sisters, Sheila Mash and husband, Jimmy of Vanleer, TN and Maxine Bohler of White Bluff, TN; last but not least, his faithful four-legged companions, George and Casper.
