         Funeral services for William Randall Holland, age 76 of Bon Aqua, will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2019 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Melrose, Preston Thompson, Curtis Flowers, and Pastor Russell Yoder officiating.  Interment will follow in Bon Aqua United Methodist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Friday from 3 until 8 p.m. and on Saturday from noon until service time.  For those desiring, memorials may be made to Bon Aqua UMC Building Fund.  He died Wednesday evening, February 27, 2019 at his home.

     Randall was born in Davidson County, Tennessee, son of the late L. B. and Lena Mae Luther Holland.  He served in the National Guard.  Randall retired as a designer for Barge, Waggoner, Sumner & Cannon after 46 years of service.  He loved his work and his company.

     Randall was a very passionate bird hunter, played golf, and loved to watch his wife Margaret show their quarter horses.  He took pride in mowing his lawn and fields. 

     Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Margaret Holland, Bon Aqua; their faithful four-legged friend, Wrigley; their two equine beauties, Maverick and Maggie; his sister, Wanda Eubank, Bon Aqua; three nephews, Willie Allen, Fairview, Mikey Thomasson, Centerville, and Brad Eubank, Dickson; and a niece, Ella Grace Griffin of Bon Aqua; several great nieces and nephews.

     Margaret wishes to extend a special thanks to family and friends for their love and support and all acts of kindness during Randall’s illness and death.  Also, sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Craig Wierum for his care and compassion.
