         Graveside funeral services for Henry Rowan Green, age 55 of Dickson, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 14, 2020 from Dickson County Memorial Gardens.  Family and friends may assemble at 1:30 p.m. to leave in procession to the cemetery.  The family will receive friends for visitation only at Taylor Funeral Home on Monday, January 13th from 5 until 8 p.m.  Henry died suddenly, Friday, January 10th at Horizon Medical Center.    In lieu of flowers, donations in Henry’s memory may be made to the funeral home for his funeral expenses. 

     Born in Dickson, Henry was the son of the late Roger and Edna Horner Green.  He received his education in the Dickson County School System and graduated from Dickson County High School.  He was an equipment operator for Fish Construction Company and a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Waverly.  Henry loved all things Harley-Davidson and enjoyed riding with his many friends.  He also enjoyed fishing and helping others.  He loved his family and will be missed by all who knew him.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Collier and a brother, Rodney Green.

     Survivors include his wife, Donna Jordan Green, Dickson, two daughters, LaDena Harris and Katie Butcher, Dickson; two sons, Juan Brooks and Tyler Butcher, Dickson; three brothers, Roger Green (Henri), Travis Green and Tracy Green (Toya), all of Dickson; four sisters, Gwen Bell, Dickson, Sheila Green, Smyrna, Rosalind Long, Dickson, and Anita Green, Nashville; seven grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
