Jean Creech Gentry was a mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to many. She had several names during her stay here, Daughter, Momma, Nanny, Jean, Sis, Aunt Jean and several more. She played many roles throughout the years. She was somewhat “One of a Kind”. A strong, independent, brave, immovable woman. Lived her life on the Harpeth River, loving every minute of that. Jean love the out of doors and on the lake, especially fishing, and just being with Gods Nature. She shared a contagious sense of humor and a quiet smile along with a big caring heart that she used to spread love to those that she loved. She had a great love for all animals. There are many stories out there of her giving help and love to hurt or sick animals. Jean shared a love for hummingbirds and all kind creatures.
Survivors include her four children; Patty Hutchison, Donald Gentry and wife Melinda, Gary Gentry and his wife, Trish and Robbie Jean Gentry, her brother; Wayne Creech, her six grandchildren; Angie Grove, Brandon Hutchison, Corey Gentry, Sera Wheeler, Susanna Lee, Trevor Griffin and her 10 great grandchildren
