Funeral services for Lottie Mae Chadwick Sullivan, age 82 of Dickson were held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, October 23, 2011 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Cullom officiating. Interment followed in the Union Cemetery. Mrs. Sullivan died Thursday, October 20, 2011 at her home. A native of Stewart County, she was the daughter of the late George and Thelma Carlene Smith Settle. She was of the Methodist faith and had worked as a dietician for St. Thomas Hospital. She was previously married to George Chadwick and later to J. C. Sullivan, who preceded her in death in 1988. Survivors include three sons, David Chadwick of White Bluff, Shannon Chadwick of Nashville, and Dean Chadwick and his wife, Laura, of Tampa, Florida; one daughter, Nita Moss, Dickson; grandchildren, Tammy Moss, Jennifer Quarles and her husband, Jason. David Sullivan, Dayna Cullom and her husband, John, Stacey Chadwick Little and her husband, Patrick, Candace, Kelly, Kendra, Sara Lynn, Heather, and Justin Chadwick, Samatha Chadwick and Lindsey Mae Chadwick; great grandchildren, Blake Harp, Zane and Riley Cullom, Katia Al-Fetlawy, Jacob Quarles, Jarron Quarles, Dallas Little, and Madelyn Little. Another great-granddaughter, Kayla Tombs, preceded her in death. For those desiring, memorials may be made to American Heart Assn., the Diabetes Association, St. Jude�s Children�s Hospital, or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
