Memorial services will be held on Monday, September 30, 2024, at 3PM from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Bro. Randy Franklin will officiate. Visitation will be held on Monday from 10AM until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society of Dickson County.
Wendy Michelle Tidwell, age 42, of Dickson TN, passed away on September 24, 2024.
Wendy was born in Dickson, TN on February 23, 1982, to Kerry Tidwell and Glenda Sue Choate Tidwell. She had worked as an LPN and most recently as a Clinical Research Nurse. Wendy loved to cook and bake. She was known for making very creative, specialty cakes for festive occasions. She was a kind-hearted woman who was very funny and had a great sense of humor. She had that ability to make anyone laugh. She loved dolphins and had the opportunity to swim with them. She was very creative, artistic, and loved to paint. She loved her family and friends and touched so many lives. She was a true caregiver by nature.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Jennifer Warf.
Survivors include her father; Kerry Tidwell of Dickson, TN, her niece; Hailey Warf (Nathan Roach) of Burns, TN, her brother-in-law, Brian Warf of Dickson, TN, her best friend, Tammy Harrell, two cousins and her fur-baby, Lola.
