Mrs. Blaylock was born on August 31, 1950 in Bon Aqua, TN. She was a daughter of the late William Oscar Lampley and the late Maude Angeline Deal Lampley. On June 25, 1988, she joined in marriage to Lemuel Loggins Blaylock. They were married for thirty years before Lemuel’s death. For many years, Nell worked in the food service industry through both restaurants and the public school system. Prior to a decline in her health, she had attended services at the Sylvia Church of Christ and the Five Points Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, William and Janet Lampley.
Mrs. Blaylock is survived by her daughter, Candace Capps; two sisters, Linda Felts (Wayne) and Betty Beasley (James); two grandchildren, Nathan Moss, and Colton Capps; one great grandchild, Neylan Moss. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
