Funeral services for Mrs. Odell Sutton Brown Lee, age 93 of Blairsville, Ga. formerly of the Petway Community were conducted Friday, May 31, 2013 at 11 AM from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Tommy Marvin and Sam Brown officiating.  Place of rest is in the Williams Cemetery in White Bluff.

Mrs. Lee passed away May 28, 2013 at the Stonehenge Personal Care in Blairsville, Ga. after a brief illness. Born in Dickson County, she was the daughter of the late W. J. and Lela Ethel Page Brown. She was the widow of the late Robert Douglas Sutton and the late Clyde R. Lee. She was preceded in death by her sisters; Margaret Brown and Elizabeth Hamilton. She had a contagious personality and never met a stranger.  She took pride when she worked at Wendy’s of Dickson and later worked at Best Western of Dickson, Tn. She retired from the former Schrader’s of Dickson as a machine operator with 18 years of service. She was awarded the Industrial Worker of the Year in Oct. 1982. She had perfect attendance at Schrader for the years 1973, 1975, 1978, 1979, 1980. She grew up on the farm helping her father with the hoeing and plowing of tobacco and corn beginning at age 5. She was proud of where she came from. She was of the Methodist faith.

Survivors include Her Daughter, Treva Ann Farris and her husband, Carl of Blairsville, GA; 3 Grandchildren, Mike Baker and wife, Suzanne, Regina Pendleton and husband, Morris and Greg Baker and wife, Linda;  Six Great Grandchildren; 14 Great Great Grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Tommie Myzell Williams of Dickson; Several Nieces and Nephews.
