Kenneth Joel “Kenny” McGilton, age 59 of Dickson, died suddenly Thursday, January 22, 2015 while on business in Knoxville.  Services locally were held at 4 p.m. Sunday, January 25, 2015 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Clark Brown and Bro. Kenny Brown officiating.  Graveside services were at 2 p.m. on Tuesday January 27, 2015 from the Crossroads Cemetery in Hamburg, Arkansas.

Kenny was born in Crossett, Arkansas on December 11, 1955, son of the late, John Kenneth and Dorla Farmer McGilton and was a graduate of Crossett High School.  For 21 years he worked for the Village Square Cabinet Company.  Then, he and his son-in-law, John began a partnership, the OneCare Dental Solutions where he was currently co-owner and co-operator.  Kenny was a loving husband and father and the best “Paw Paw” to his five grandchildren.  He was a member of Sylvia Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Deborah Williams McGilton, Dickson; four children, Brad (and Patti), Amanda (and Les), Shannon (and John), and John Bradley (and Emily); three brothers, Kirk, Corey, and Todd; two sisters, Donna Gulledge and Sheila McClain; five grandchildren, Gracie, Hayden, Paxton, Finley, and Maddie;  father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bradley and Beth Williams, favorite sister-in-law, Lisa Sanderlin; several nieces and nephews; and many, many friends.
