Mr. Lee, age 72 know by family and friends as "Jack" died September 5, 2015 at Centennial Medical Center after a short stay.
He was born in Belzoni, Mississippi and was the son of the late William Calvin and Hazen Wells Lee. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a retired employee of Delta and Pineland Co., an agricultural research company, where he was a working supervisor.  He was a hard worker whether it was when he was farming with his father or when  he was driving a truck for his brother's trucking business, or running a sheet metal business with another brother or working at his regular jobs. Work was a very big part of his life. He was a jack of all trades and could fix most anything. And he always understood that a work week was not just forty hours.  He was a great Dad to his girls. He had very few rules and taught mostly by example. He expected his girls to do as they were asked or told and taught to be honest and respectful to all...and if not, there would be consequences. He taught morals and left it up to his girls to make the right decisions. Friends and Family always referred to Jack as having a big heart, giving heart and always willing to help someone with a project. He was a good neighbor to his friends in Mississippi and was simply a part of their families. More words that describe "Mr. Jack" from friends and family were; happy, wonderful, amazing and honest. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by a daughter; Tere Oswalt.
Survivors include his daughter; Beth Lee Dobbs and her husband, Robby of Bon Aqua,TN, his grandson; Bryant Oswalt of Vaiden, MS, his sisters; Pat Zepponi of Leland, MS, Helen Skinner of Greenville, MS, Bettie Ann Coleman of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Maurine Glassford of Montgomery, AL, his brothers; Bill Lee of Hollandale, MS, Eddie Lee of Panama City, FL and Steve Lee of Portland, Maine. Several nieces and nephews,
