A funeral service for Desiree Estes Thomason, age 81 of Lyles, TN will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at 2pm at the Taylor Funeral Home. Place of rest will be in the Wrigley Cemetery.
Mrs. Thomason was born November 7, 1932 in the Wrigley community of Hickman County. She was a Daughter of the late John H. Estes and the late Louise Nipper Estes. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church. Family was important to Desiree; she was very prideful of her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Husband, James E. Thomason; Sister, Kay Thomason.
Mrs. Thomason is survived by her 2 Sons, Darrel Thomason of Centerville, and David Thomason of Primm Springs; 3 Daughters, Brenda Bryan of Michigan, Linda Smith of Lyles, and Donna Wallace of Lyles; 2 Brothers, Ray Estes of Lyles, and Allen Estes of Wrigley; Sister, Rebecca Mathis of Georgia; 12 Grandchildren; 16 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great Grandchild.
