James “Jimmy” Bailey, age 49 of Dickson died on March 26, 2017. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2017 from 2pm until 8pm at the Taylor Funeral Home. Following the visitation Mr. Bailey will be cremated. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to fund final expenses.
Jimmy was born December 6, 1967 in Fort Pierce, Florida. He worked as an armed security guard. He was preceded in death by his father, Elmis James Bailey, and grandchild, Kara Koontz.
He is survived by his wife, Tina Bailey of Dickson, TN; his mother, Linda Marie Tanner of Butler, GA; step-mother, Marian Bailey of Nunnelly, TN; son, James Wayne Bailey of Dickson, TN; 2 daughters, Amber Marie Bailey (John Cunningham) of Dickson, TN, Sara Raylynn Bailey-Koontz (Josh) of Dickson, TN; step-children, Tabetha Danielle Brock of Dickson, TN, Erick Keith Broch (Elina) of Denver, CO, Lori Ann Brown (Danny Brown) of Pleasant View, TN; his siblings, David Alan Bailey of Dickson, Cynthia Marie Mckee (Jim) of Hahira, GA, Jenny Rebecca Rodgers (Lamar) of Butler, GA, Morgan Hayes (Josh) of Dickson; 7 grandchildren, Maxine, Cadey, Kynzleigh, Kevin, Zachary, Kayden, and Jacklyn.
