Funeral services will be Sunday August 13, 2017 at 3 PM from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Jennette and Pastor Jamie Allen officiating. Visitation with the family will be Saturday August 12th from 2 to 8 PM.
Mr. Jessie Edward “Rocky” Calhoun, age 63 of Nunnelly, TN died Tuesday August 8, 2017. Born in Nashville, TN he was the son of the late Lola Margaret Calhoun and was preceded in death by his grandmother, Minnie Bell Calhoun, his brother, Danny Calhoun and his sister, Ester “Cricket” Calhoun. Jessie worked as a Brick Mason.
Survivors include his sons, Jason Calhoun (Megan) of Dickson, TN, Joseph Calhoun (Cari) of Charlotte, TN; daughter, Telisa Demoss (Luke) of Dickson, TN; brother, Frank Jones of Nashville, TN; sister, Martha Brown of Florida; 6 grandchildren, Madalynn Calhoun, Logan Weaver, Trinity Weaver, Chloe Weaver, Emily Calhoun, Jarrett Calhoun.
