      Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Tony Taylor officiating.  Place of rest will be in the Rock Church Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 21st beginning at 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday beginning at 12 noon until time of service.
    Those desiring, memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society or to the Rock Church Cemetery Fund.
    Diane, age 64, passed peacefully from this earthly life on Saturday, March 18, 2017  after a short illness at her home with her family by her side.
    She was the daughter of the late James Henry and Mary Fredonia Clark Parker and was born on May 28, 1952 at the former Jackson Clinic in Dickson,TN. She was preceded in death by a brother Wayne Parker and a sister Pamela Denise Parker.
   Diane served our country as military wife for 20 years and was a homemaker, making a home for her family wherever they were sent. Diane also drove a school bus for the Fort Campbell transportation with the special needs children being her favorites. She was a good cook and loved being with family. Christmas Dinner was never complete unless her Cherry Yum-Yum was on the table. She was involved with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and loved to bowl to raise money for the cancer fight. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
    Diane leaves to treasure her memory her daughter and son-in-law, Yalanda and Terry Weaver; a brother  Boyd Parker (Marion); Grandson Sam Bates and fiancee Timbra Sutton; and a great grandchild on the way, Presley Ann. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. Also surviving, last but not least, her four legged companion and child, Patches.
   Casket Bearers will be Sam Bates, Randall Parker, Jesse Parker, Stephen Gosnel, Harley Rye, Garland Frazier, Eric Chandler and Luke Hayes.
