    Funeral services will held on Wednesday, August 8, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Steve Middlebrooks and Shane Myatt will speak. Place of rest will be in the Dickson Union Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 7th  from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday beginning at 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
   Those desiring, memorials are suggested to the Shriners Hospital for Children or to St. Jude Children Research Hospital.
   Mrs. Wade, age 73, died peacefully with her family by her side August 4, 2018, at her home.
   She was born in Dickson County, daughter of the late Bo and Mary Estelle Reed McEwen. She worked with the Dickson Post Office for fifteen plus years as a rural mail carrier.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Jasper and Bud McEwen, her sister, Maibelle Logan, and her grandson, Kenneth Michael (Bubba) Myatt.
    She attended schools in Dickson County where she met the love of her life, C.W. Wade. She was a loving wife, mom, grandmom, daughter, and sister. She had many friends that were very close and dear to her.  She had a smile that would light up your day and was a fun, loving Christian woman that loved her family dearly.  She was a hard-working farmers wife until the day she died. She enjoyed traveling and taking trips to the beach.
   Survivors include her husband of 55 years, C.W. Wade;  her daughters, Tammy White, Kristy Wesson and husband Greg, Sherry King and husband Randy, and her nephew she raised as a son, Barry Romain; her sister, Mary England; her grandchildren, Shane, Brittany, Blair, Tabatha, Michael, Caleb, Cheyenne, Patrick and Collin; her great-grandchildren, Colton, Adrianna, Justin, Wesley, Hunter, Heston, Jaxson, Jessilyn, Brailee, Cambren, and last but not least, her great-granddog, Goober.
