Homegoing services will take place on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Ward delivering the eulogy. Dr. Randy Ramey will officiate. Burial will follow in the Worley Furnace Cemetery. Visitation with the family will take place on Sunday from 12 noon until the time of service. The family requests those in attendance to wear a face covering. Mrs. Evelyn Lyndell Holt-Beasley, age 71 of Dickson, passed away on Wednesday October 28, 2020 at the Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, TN. She was born on September 20, 1949 to the late Arlus and Nora Hogan Holt in Dickson, TN.

Mrs. Beasley was a devoted member of the Worley Furnace Missionary Baptist Church in Dickson, where she also served on the Mother Board. She was also an evangelist for many years. She has previously worked as a Childcare provider.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Archie Lee Turner; her son: Jimmy Beasley; and her grandchildren: Bane Beasley, Tevin Artis, and Christopher O’Brian Turner.

Survivors include her son: Drason Beasley (Sonya) of Franklin; her daughters: LaChelle Hunt (Jeffery) of Columbia, Towona Turner of Dickson, and Rashaunda Beasley of Kansas City, MO; her brothers: Vernon Lee Holt (Anitha) of Dickson and John Wayne Holt of Dickson; her sister: Alley Brooks (Joe) of Trenton; her grandchildren: Cameron O’Ryan Turner, Sr. (Tyshekia), Andrew Modena, Dominique Beasley, TaLana Wright, Olivia Beasley, Gabriel Hunt, Bayo Beasley, and Everly Beasley; great-grandchildren: Adonius Turner, Jayden Modena, Cameron Turner, Jr., Anijah Turner, Julius Modena, Adrian Modena, Tristan Modena and Teanna Jackson; special niece: Alicia Hilliard; her aunt Lettie Springer; and a host of nieces and nephews.
