 Private cryptside services will be held at the Chapel of Prayer Mausoleum at Dickson County Memorial Gardens on January 9, 2021.  Her husband, Robert Wade Stacey, preceded her in death in 2019 will be entombed at the same time with her.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Parkinson’s Association.

Sue, age 78, of White Bluff, TN died  December 28, 2020 peacefully at the home of her nephew Shaun, along with Nate and Kathy, by her side in Lakeland, Tennessee.

She was born in Dickson County, daughter of the late Della Allbert McEwen.  She was married to Wade Stacey for over 60 years.  They had one son. She was a very devoted wife and loving mother. A great homemaker who loved to cook and bake for her family. She was an Avon sales lady for over 30 years. She also worked with Olive Branch Assisted Living for 3 years and enjoyed her time there. She was of the Christian faith. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Bill and Leona Allbert, her sisters, Faye Creech and Avis Richardson, and her brother, Bud McEwen.

Survivors include her son, Rickey Stacey of Dickson, TN, Kathy McFarlin (cousin) whom Sue was raised with as sisters by their grandparents Bill and Leona Allbert, special family members Shane McFarlin of Huntsville, AL and Shaun McFarlin of Lakeland, TN. Sue always said she may not have given birth to them but they were like her very own. Her sisters, Jean Cathy (Dennis Dawson) of Charlotte, TN, Wanda Grove (Daniel) of White Bluff, TN, Carolyn Alexander (James) of White Bluff, TN and Lois Jackson of Dickson,TN, her brother Richard McEwen (Brenda) of Vanleer, TN
