 Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon, January 20, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Dr. Mike Miller will officiate. Visitation will be on Tuesday evening, January 19th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday beginning at 1:00 p.m. until time of service. Jake, age 33, of White Bluff, TN, died suddenly January 14, 2021 at Tri-Star Horizon Medical Center.

He was born in Dickson County, son of Anita Gaye Jackson Bristol and John Alexander Spicer, III.  Jake was a heating and air mechanic with J and J Mechanical in Nashville, TN. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Dickson, TN. He attended UT in Knoxville.

Jake was an avid sports fan, with his blood running orange, he always supported University of Tennessee Vols, win or lose. He loved basketball, the Nashville Predators and the Tennessee Titans.  In his spare time he always loved fishing, always waiting for the next big catch.

He is survived by his daughter, Zoey Spicer of Gladeville, TN, his parents: Anita Jackson Bristol and Mike Bristol, John Spicer and Cindy Spicer, all of White Bluff, Tn, his brother, Alex Spicer of Dickson, TN, his sister, Mishell Bristol of Bon Aqua, TN, his step-brother, Kenny Beverly of Dickson, TN and his step-sister, Juanita Mottor of Ohio. Many cousins, aunts and uncles.
