     Funeral services will be Saturday July 17, 2021 at 2 PM from the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Ed White officiating. Place of rest will be in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be Friday July 16th from 4 to 8 PM and on Saturday from 12 noon until time of service. Those desiring memorials may be made to the Dickson First United Methodist Church.
     Johnny Kimbro, age 85 of Dickson, TN passed away peacefully Tuesday July 13, 2021 with his family by his side after a brief illness. Born in Dickson County he was the son of the late Leslie and Roberta Luther Kimbro. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Irene Garton and Tootsie Cathey; his brother, Luther Kimbro. Johnny was retired from Ford Glass and was a 1954 graduate of Dickson High School. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend who loved spending time with his family and friends. Johnny loved playing golf and would play every chance he could with his friends. He was a member of the Dickson First United Methodist Church.

     Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Alice Lunn Kimbro of Dickson, TN; daughters, Pam Mash (Ricky) of Dickson, TN, Tina Littleton of Dickson, TN; 4 grandchildren, Adam Mash (Olivia), Jonathan Mash (Candace), Leslie Gray (Jeff), Laura Littleton; 5 great grandchildren, Max Mash, Wyatt Mash, Stella Mash, Roe Mash, Layla Gray; sisters, Oma Wells of Dickson, TN, Maggie Garzoni of Michigan; four legged buddy, Spud; several nieces and nephews.
