Celebration of Life and funeral services will be on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Rev. Alexander Gatson will be the eulogist. Visitation will be on Tuesday beginning at 12 Noon until time of service. Viewing will begin on Monday, Januray 31, 2022 a 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Place of rest will be in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Wylodean (Deanie) Stacy, age seventy-seven, was born to the late Wilkins Sr. and Anna Satterfield on April 13,1944, in Centerville, TN.
She departed this life on January 27, 2022. She often celebrated another “birthday” the
She professed her faith in Christ at an early age. A long-term member of St. James A.M.E. Church in Dickson, TN, Wylodean served on the Stewardess Board and was the treasurer of the Women’s Missionary Society.
She is preceded in death by parents Wilkins and Anna Satterfield Sr., brother Wilkins Satterfield Jr., sisters Eyvonne Gross, Jeannette Grigsby, and Margaret Stone.
Wylodean leaves to cherish her memories, an especially devoted husband of fifty- six years, William Thomas (WT) Stacy, two sons Deron (Mary) Stacy, and Dion Stacy of Dickson, TN. One sister Mary (Peaches) Anderson of LaVergne, TN and one devoted brother-in-law Mac Nelson of Dickson, TN. Five grandchildren DeRon (Marlena) Stacy, JeQuan Lewis, Mariah Stacy, Dahkaree Stickland, Dion (DJ) Stacy all residing in Dickson, TN. Two great-grandchildren Jaeonna Lewis and Mila Stacy, and a host of nieces and nephews. She leaves a multitude of dedicated friends Joy Redden, Shirley Brown, Lucille Vaughn, and Joyce Hogan, Carolyn Pennington, and Frankye Ward.
