Stan, age 54, of White Bluff, TN died March 11, 2022 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Stan was born in Dickson County, Tennessee, son of Walter Neal and Opal Dotson Street. He was a graduate of Dickson County Senior High School, Class of 1985 and received his Associate Arts degree from Nashville State.  He formerly worked for many years at Dixie Wire in Nashville and was currently employed at Shiloh Industries as a quality engineer. He was of the Christian faith and was a member of the Oak Avenue Church of Christ.

He grew up on and in the Yellow Creek Community of Dickson County. Stan will be remembered as being a person that was always willing to help anyone he could. He loved music so much.  He always loved going to any concert he could get tickets to and he loved giving music a chance, as long as, it wasn’t too “pop-y”. When in high school, Stan was a member of the band and choir and really loved those years. Cooking was a pastime and always loved cooking for Sunday dinners. He had a great love for his dogs: Maggie “moo moo” and Poodley “Poo dog”. Stan loved his family and spending time with all of them as well as his friends. He had the type of personality that loved messing with people and his dogs.

He loved sports. He loved “curling”… yes the sport, and angry birds. He loved watching football with his family and friends. His blood ran orange and had a devotion to the University of Tennessee Vols.

Survivors include his wife of 18 years Kim Powell Street of White Bluff, TN, his daughter; Jenna Street of White Bluff, TN, his parents; Neal and Opal Dotson Street of Dickson, TN. Also surviving are his two furry four-legged extended family, Maggie and Poodley.
