Chastina is survived by her husband, Thomas Allsup; her mother, Pam Martin Anderson; her daughter, Kristen Allsup; her two sons, Tyler and Skyler Allsup; her brother, Scotty Martin; her sisters, Amy Wilcox and Amber Wolk. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
