Dereck Scott Miller, age 45, of Vanleer, TN, passed away on September 5, 2022. Born in Dickson County on August 26, 1977, he was the son of Kenneth Wayne Miller and the late Sheila Diane Richardson Miller. Dereck had worked as a heavy equipment operator for several years.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister: Casey Nicole Miller.
Survivors include his father: Kenneth Wayne Miller of Vanleer, TN; as well as numerous extended family members.
Memorial contributions are to be directed to the Taylor Funeral Home to help with Dereck’s final expenses. There are no services planned at this time.
