A funeral service for Gina Marie Westbrook Wood, age 49, of McEwen, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2022 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Barry Bowie officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Cemetery. Visitation will also be Tuesday from 10 a.m. until service time. She died Saturday, December 17, 2022 at her home.
Gina was born in Wurzburg, Germany and received her Associates Degree which enabled her to serve as assistant director of Safe Harbor Memphis Fresh Start Women’s Program in the field of Addiction Recovery.
She is survived by a special friend, Bonnie Mobbs and several other friends; and by two pets, Delilah and Millie.
