Vicki Len O’Guin, age 75, of Clarksville (formerly of Kingston Springs), passed from this life on February 5, 2023, in her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Nashville, TN, on July 1, 1947, to the late Charles Edward and Juanita Hooper Smith. Vicki worked for many years as a Nurse for Baptist Medical Group.
In addition to her parents, Vicki was preceded in death by her husband: Andrew Joseph O’Guin; and two children: Joseph Todd O’Guin and Indy Wynea O’Guin.
Survivors include her daughter: Indy Miller (Robert) of Clarksville; and three grandchildren: Mary-Megan Miller (Steven), Chase Miller, and AnnaCris Miller.
The family will hold a private burial at the Middle TN State Veterans Cemetery. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or to the American Cancer Society.
