Funeral services for Buck Allen Dawson, age 24 of Cumberland Furnace will be conducted Wednesday October 30, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. from the Crossroads Church of God of Prophecy with Coach Rodney Parker officiating. Place of rest is in the Cumberland Furnace Cemetery.Visitation for Buck will be Tuesday from 2 until 8 P.M. and on Wednesday from 10 A.M. until service time at Crossroads Church of God of Prophecy in White Bluff.Services are under the direction of the Taylor Funeral Home.

Buck, a route driver for a soft drink distributor, died late Saturday October 26, 2013 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. He was preceded in death by his brother, Luke Dawson.  Buck graduated in the Class of 2007 from Creekwood High School. Buck was a former 3rd Baseman for the Creekwood High School Baseball Team. He was loved by all and was known for his shy smile. He will be greatly missed by family and friends alike.

Survivors include his wife, Shelby Dawson of Cumberland Furnace, TN; father and step-mother, Todd and Hallie Dawson of Cumberland Furnace, TN; mother and step-father, Genevia and Bob Graham of Dickson, TN; two brothers, Greg Choate and his wife Kimmy of White Bluff, TN; Matthew Dawson of Cumberland Furnace, TN; two step-brothers, Robby Graham and wife Ashley of LaVergne, TN; Jackson Reynolds of Dickson, TN; four step-sisters, Angela Lemonds and husband Tim of Dickson, TN; Michelle Bray of Georgia; Lee Ann White and husband Marc of Nashville, TN; Sarah Reynolds of Cumberland Furnace, TN; four grandparents, Ronald and Judy Dawson of Cumberland Furnace, TN; Raymond and Sara Choate of White Bluff, TN; several nieces and nephews.
