A funeral service will be held on Saturday afternoon, August 31, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Thomas officiating. Place of rest will be in the Potts Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of service. For those desiring, memorials may be made to help with final expenses.
Glenda Mai Maraman, age 68 was a native of Dickson, TN and a daughter of the late Clarence Franklin Alexander Sr. and Dorothy Mai Dotson Alexander Graybill.
Glenda was a retired nurse having worked over 20 years at Goodlark Hospital/TriStar Horizon Medical Center and in the home healthcare industry. She enjoyed her work, getting to help those in need. Glenda loved her family and loved spending time with them.
She is survived by her children, Tony Davidson of Dickson, TN, David Davidson of McEwen, TN, and Kimberly Miles (Matthew) of Cumberland Furnace, TN; her brothers, Frank Alexander Jr. (Jean) of Dickson, TN, James Alexander (Carylon) of White Bluff, TN, Donnie Alexander (Delilah) of Dickson, TN, Larry Alexander (Karen) of Dickson, TN, Johnny Alexander (Kathy) of White Bluff, TN, Jerry Graybill (Lisa) of Burns, TN; her sister, Kay Hudson (Jim) of Dickson, TN; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and a devoted aunt, Louise Ferguson.
