Larry Wayne Hayes, age 50, of White Bluff, TN died peacefully July 19, 2022 surrounded by his family.
He was born in Nashville, Tennessee and was the son of Larry Hayes and Karyle McMahon. He was a carpenter by trade.
Larry was a member of the Frog Pond Community who grilled and made money for various charity events. He loved a good horseshoe game and a day fishing at one of his favorite spots. Larry was a funny guy with a sarcastic manner and quick wit. One of his favorite sayings was “What did the dog say when he got his tail cut off? It won’t be long now.”
Larry is survived by his wife; Kandy Hayes of White Bluff, TN, his eight children; Ashley Hayes, Elizabeth Hayes, Kaleb Donaldson, D’Mitri Miles, II, Jacob Hayes, Kimberly Donaldson, Jayden Hayes and Malcolm Hayes. His mother; Karyle McMahon and his father; Larry Hayes. His six grandchildren; Makinley Lawyer, Skylar Carlton, Jackson Carlton, Ryelee Jean Hayes, Mauriana Miles and Kayson Donaldson. Also surviving is a brother; Chuck Hayes, his sisters; Debbie Kerwin and Amy Hayes.
