Born in Nashville, Barbara was the daughter of the late Samuel and Wilma Woodard Eagin. She was known and loved by her extended family at Developmental Services in Dickson.
Survivors include a brother, Jimmy Eagin and her special family and friends at Developmental Services of Dickson County.
