James William Alexander, age 76 of White Bluff, passed away on December 27, 2025, at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson.
He was born on April 3, 1949, in Dickson, TN, to the late Dorthy and Clarence Alexander.
Mr. Alexander served our Country in the United States Marie Corps. He later went to work for State Industries, and he drove a truck for them a number of years until retirement. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife; Carolyn Alexander of White Bluff, daughters: Tammy Uptegraw and Renay Duke both of Dickson, grandchildren; Michael England, Courtney Duke, Dustin England, Tristan Duke, Skylar Uptegraw, great grandchildren; Sarah Cathey, Talen Lyle, Destin England, Rowan Duke, Brielle Duke, special aunt Lou Ferguson.
Mr. Alexander’s wishes were to be cremated with no services.

Mr. James Alexander and his wife Carolyn treated me as family even though my Twin Brother Garry was dating Renay in High School in the real early 80’s. Tammy the sweet little sister and Renay were so generous and so kind. Prayers are being sent 🙏. God Bless you all and James will forever be remembered. God is taking care of him forever.
