Charles Wayne Cavender, age 79, of Burns, TN passed away on January 20, 2026. His wishes were to be cremated and services will be held at a later date. Place of rest will be in the Richardson Cemetery in Burns.
Born in Burns, TN on February 4, 1946 he was the son of the late George H. Cavender, and Estelle Bishop Cavender, and was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters. Charles had worked in construction and at Montgomery Bell State Park in ground maintenance.
He is survived by one daughter, one sister and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
