Mrs. Doris Helen Larkins Beard, age 83 of Lyles died Monday November 21, 2011 at Horizon Medical Center. Funeral services for Mrs. Beard will be Wednesday November 23, 2011 at 10:30 AM from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Binkley officiating. Place of rest will be in the Warf Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday Nov. 22nd from 2 to 8 PM. Arrangements are by the Taylor Funeral Home. Survivors include her son, James Beard of Lyles; sisters, Kathryn McGahey, Ruth Sullivan and Jean Jones all of Fairview; grandchildren, James D. Beard, Donna McCord and Dawn Beard; 5 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
