Funeral services for Mr. Vonn Horner, age 76 of Nashville were held Wednesday April 11, 2012 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Rosemary Brown officiating. Place of rest is in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens. Mr. Horner died Sunday April 8, 2012 at St. Thomas Hospital. Born in Perry County, he was the son of the late Herbert Henry and Oma Barham Horner. He retired from 35 years with American Airlines and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was a member of the Monroe St. United Methodist Church. He is survived by several nieces, nephews and good friends.
