Cindy, a care giver, died Wednesday June 12, 2013 at Alive Hospice Residence in Nashville. A native of Dickson, Tennessee she was the daughter of the late James Douglas Sager. She was also preceded in death by her brother Brent Sager. Cindy was a care giver for the Developmental Services Program and a member of the Burns Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Gary Vaughn of Dickson, TN; two sons, Tony Vaughn of Dickson, TN; Geddy Kurtz of Dickson, TN; mother, Doris Sager of Dickson, TN; three brothers, Sam Sager and wife Lois of McEwen, TN; James Sager and wife Carolyn of Dickson, TN; Alan Sager and wife Shawn of Houston County, TN; grandson, Aiden Vaughn; several nieces and nephews.
