Mr. Jerry Wayne Booker, age 68 of Dickson, died Wednesday, October 29, 2014 in a Nashville healthcare facility. Funeral services for Mr. Jerry Wayne Booker were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 1, 2014 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Tommy Clifton officiating. Interment with military honors followed at Dickson County Memorial Gardens.
Survived by wife, Vicky Booker, Dickson; son, Jerry Booker and his wife, Rhonda, Burns, TN; daughter, Michelle Williford and her husband, Phillip, Dickson; three grandsons, Tyler Williford, Kyle Williford, and Mason Booker; several nieces and nephews.
