Jeffrey Lewis Ford – Age 28 of Katy, Texas passed away on September 1, 2016 at the age of 28.
Visitation with the family will be on Saturday, September 10, 2016 from 11 am until service time at 1pm at the Taylor Funeral Home. His Celebration of Life will be conducted at 1pm by Pastor Zach Schroeder. Burial will follow in Williams Cemetery in White Bluff.
Jeff is preceded in death by his grandparents, June Guest, Audrey Ford and Harlow Ford.
Survived by his son, Peeta Ford and Peeta’s mother, Yessica Hoffer of Texas; parents, Cindy & Dale Warf of Burns, TN; father, Buzz Ford of Arkansas; grandparents, Dixie Guest (Sara) of Arlington, TN and Buford and JoElla Warf of White Bluff, TN; brothers, Matt Warf (Angie) of Burns TN. Justin Warf (Brittney) of Brighton, TN and Austin Ford of Memphis, TN; sisters, Christy Ford of White Bluff, TN, Tracy Warf of Lyles, TN, and Audrey Grace Ford of Memphis, TN; 2 nephews and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jeff loved his son, Peeta, and his family and friends. He was a 2006 graduate of Bolton High School in Arlington, TN.
