Mrs. McCullough passed away on November 23, 2016 at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lewis McCullough, Sr.; daughters, Theresa Stinson and Patty McCullough; brothers, Eddie Owens, Robert Owens, Castro Owens, Benton Owens, Paul Owens, Claude Owens and sister, Linda Diane Owens.
Survived by her daughters, Cindy Reyes and Tammy Hall; sons, Eddie Caples (Sandy) and Jack Barger (Melanie); step-son, Robert McCullough, Jr. (Helen); brothers, Donnie Owens, Gary Owens, Larry Owens, Charlie Owens, James Owens and David Owens; sisters, Charlette Smith and Patricia King. She is also survived by many grandchildren, greatgrandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews
Frances was the oldest of 16 children and wills always be remembered for help raising her siblings.
