Funeral services will be Monday April 24, 2017 at 11 AM from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home, Dickson, TN with Pastor Gary Riley officiating and with her daughter-in-law giving her Eulogy. Place of rest will be in the Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation with the family will be Sunday April 23rd from 2 to 7 PM and on Monday from 10 AM until time of service.
Mrs. Alma June Vandiver Shively, age 82 of Burns, TN died Thursday April 20, 2017. Born in Nashville, TN she was the daughter of the late John Clarence and Doye Elizabeth Brown Vandiver and was preceded in death by her husband Charles E. Shively and her son, John Victor Shively. June was a homemaker and a loving mother. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include her sons, Van Shively (Cheryl) of Columbia, TN, Les Shively of California; daughter, Pam Williams (Danny) of White Bluff, TN; sister, Cynthia Dye (Bill) of Nashville, TN; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
