A funeral mass for Theresa Santa Ciotta Eberle, age 78 of Dickson will begin at 10 a.m. Friday, June 15, 2018, from St. Christopher’s with Father Andrew Forsythe, officiant. Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Prayer Mausoleum at Dickson County Memorial Gardens, Highway 70 East, Burns, TN. Visitation with the family will be at Taylor Funeral Home on Thursday from 4 until 8 p.m. with a Rosary to be said at 7:30 p.m. Mrs. Eberle died Sunday, June 10, 2018, at Dickson Health and Rehab. For those desiring, memorials are suggested to St. Joseph’s Indian School.
A native of Manhattan, New York, Theresa was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Serra Ciotta. She retired as a Special Education teacher and was married to John E. Eberle, who survives. Theresa was a long-time communicant of St. Christopher’s Church in Dickson.
Survivors include her husband of more than 56 years, John Eberle, Dickson; her daughter, Christine Marie Palk (Steven), McEwen, TN; her brothers, Joe Ciotta (Myra), Alabama, and Anthony Ciotta, Virginia; her two grandchildren, Dalton Palk, of the U. S. Navy, and Beau Palk, McEwen. She was predeceased by her sister-in-law, Inga Ciotta; her father-in-law, Herbert Eberle; and her mothers-in-law, Marie Eberle and Sarah Eberle.
