Bert Russell Morris, age 62 of Lewisburg, TN died Saturday, June 16, 2018 at NHC, Dickson. Mr. Morris’ remains will be cremated and no visitation or services are planned at this time.
Born in Nashville, Tennessee, Bert was the son of the late Frank and Sylvia Deason Morris. Although disabled, Bert previously worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the nursing home industry. He was a member of the Methodist Church. All through his life, Bert marched to the beat of his own drum. He loved music and reading. He never met a stranger; and could easily converse with all people who crossed his path. He will be missed by family and friends.
Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Rachel and Steve Nichols, of Dickson. He was predeceased by a brother, Frank Morris, III.
