Military and interment services for John Burton Bozarth, Jr. will be held at 2 pm Tuesday, September 28, 2021 from the Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on McCrory Lane, Nashville. The family will have a viewing at Taylor Funeral Home from 12-1 on Tuesday. He died Monday, September 20, 2021 at V A Hospital in Nashville.
Born in Victoria, Tennessee John was the son of the late John Burton Bozarth, Sr. and Lou Taylor Bozarth. He worked in the finishing department at Nemak Corporation. John served his country in the U. S. Army in the years of 1957 through 1966. He was preceded in death by a great-grandson, David Carter Sullivan and by numerous siblings.
Survivors include his wife of nearly 58 years, Patricia Ann Hoskins Bozarth, Dickson; a son, Mike Bozarth (Dacia), Bon Aqua, TN; a daughter, Melissa Bozarth, Dickson; his only surviving brother, Lewis Bozarth, Lebanon, TN; 5 grandchildren, Jonathan Bozarth, Carrie Bozarth, Coty Bozarth, Maegan Bozarth, and Matthew Sullivan; 4 great-grandchildren, Kaylee Bozarth, Kylee Bozarth, Alajya Bozarth, and Weston Sullivan.
