Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, September 18, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Place of rest will be in the Tidwell New Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday, September 17 th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday beginning at 12:00 noon until time of service.
Harlon Dwayne “Wayne” Jones, age 62, of Bon Aqua TN, passes away at home on September 15, 2022.
He was born, July 4, 1960, in Bon Aqua, TN to the late James Harlon Jones and Wanda Stinson Jones. He was a farmer and heavy equipment operator for most of his life. He was an avid cigar smoker and loved riding backroads, drinking beer. He enjoyed his grandkids and going outside with Bailey, his four-legged companion.
He is survived by his wife; Debbie Gray Jones of Bon Aqua, TN, his son; Neil Jones (Corey) of Lyles, TN, his daughter; Jenny Conner (Roger) of Bon Aqua, TN, brothers; Tom Jones (Becky) of Bon Aqua, TN, Donald (Dee) Jones (Mitzi) of Bon Aqua, TN, Grandchildren, Shelby Harris of Bon Aqua, TN, Caroline Jones of Lyles, TN, Loralynn Jones of Lyles, TN, Raylon Conner of Bon Aqua, TN, Branson Jones of Lyles, TN, and Aubrie Conner of Bon Aqua, TN.
