Funeral services will be Friday April 28, 2023 at 3 PM from the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Halliburton officiating. Place of rest will be in the Dickson Union Cemetery. Visitation with family will be Friday April 28th from 1 PM until time of service.
Imogene Robertson, age 100 of Vanleer, TN passed away Monday April 24, 2023. Born in Vanleer, TN she was the daughter of late Henry and Bertha Wall Stokes and was preceded in death by her husband, William Romie Robertson; her son-in-law, Cecil Thomas Castleberry; her siblings, Geneva Cooksey, Helen Barbee, Granville Stokes, Arnold Stokes, and Raymond Stokes. Imogene was a retired Dickson County Elementary School Teacher. She was a member of the Cedar Grove United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Robbie Robertson Castleberry of Cumberland Furnace, TN; brother, Jackie Stokes of Vanleer, TN; sister, Mary Hayes of Springfield, TN; two grandchildren, Mark Castleberry (Julie) of Cunningham, TN, Darian Castleberry (Dawn) of Cumberland Furnace, TN; five great grandchildren, Rhett Castleberry (Emily), Garrett Castleberry, Spencer Castleberry, Drake Castleberry, Emery Castleberry; great-great granddaughter, Madelyn Castleberry.
