John Lewis Conrad, Jr., age 74 of Dickson, TN died on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at the Horizon Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at the Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Dwight Haynes giving the eulogy. Place of rest will be in the Mt. Olive Church Cemetery on Hortense Road, Dickson, TN. A visitation will be held on Saturday from 12:00 noon until the time of service.
He is survived by his wife, Mary List Conrad; his children, Candyce Jones, Sarah List, John Lewis Conrad III (Sylvia), Lester Conrad (Kirsten), Anjuan Hannah, and Malik Conrad; 9 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sparkle Conrad; and a grandson, Darian List.
