It is with deep sorrow and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Trina LeAnn Robertson, who departed this world on February 15, 2025, at the age of fifty-seven. Born on July 30, 1967, in Dickson, Tennessee. LeAnn led a life filled with love, kindness, and spiritual enlightenment.

LeAnn was born to the late Waymon C. Robertson and Venus (Juanita) Robertson. She was educated in the Dickson County School System and graduated from Dickson County High School in 1985. She later attended the University of Phoenix while working full-time earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business in 2014.

She was employed with Wendy’s for 28 years working her way up from Crew Member to General Manager. LeAnn worked for Metro Public Schools as a Nutrition Service Manager for the last 8 years.

New Hope Missionary Baptist Church was her church home for 30 years, she joined under the leadership of Pastor Emeritus Mathew Lester, Sr. LeAnn was a dedicated member who served for 20 years on the finance committee, as well as Outreach, Jail Ministry, Usher Board, and the Fair Committee. She felt her greatest achievement was accepting God’s call to become a Minister of the Gospel. LeAnn preached her first sermon on January 2, 2022, and her last sermon on February 9, 2025, just 6 days before her passing.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her four brothers, LeeRoy, Willard, Darryl, and Brent. LeAnn is survived by her loving daughter, Kanetra Robertson (Thomas) of Murfreesboro and her only grandchild, Jordan Raybon. Her loving sister, Niva (Sam) Pollard of Georgia, her loving sister/best friend, Regina L. Robertson of Dickson, and a bonus sister, Renee Knox. Two nephews, Stephon Palmer, and Darrion Robertson; Three nieces, Natasha (Randall) Wade, Karen (Aldyn) Muthra, and Cyndee Robertson. Three great nephews, two great nieces, two bonus nieces, Wyvonne and Nadia Kelly and a host of cousins and friends.

His lord said unto him, Well Done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 24, 2025 at the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the church on Monday from 12:00 noon until the time of service.
