Joyce Gay Clevinger, age 85 of White Bluff, TN passed away Wednesday May 7, 2025. Born in Matewan, WV she was the daughter of the late Jonas and Martha Elliott and was preceded in death by her husband, Kermit Cecil Clevinger and her daughter, Cindy Choate. She was a member of the Living Water Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Regina Bess (Kelvin) of White Bluff, TN; 2 grandchildren, Matt Cartwright (Amy), Tessa Choate; great grandchild, Paxton Cartwright; niece, Mary Pentecost; extended family, Michelle Black.
